The authors introduce the principles of real estate at an elementary level using an impressive organizational style. Covers all fundamental aspects of real estate with no bias applications (ex. State Laws, Personal Experience). Perfect for the beginner of real estate.

This book is good for residential licensees perhaps but otherwise is out of date.
